A fund established to support voluntary, community, and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations to reduce digital exclusion, improve access to health and care services, develop digital skills, and strengthen community-based approaches across Devon, Plymouth, and Torbay in line with the NHS Devon Digital Inclusion Place-Based Delivery Plan.
